Go From Professional Procrastinator to Confidently Consistent Without Jeopardizing Your Sanity (or your soul)

From “I’ll do it tomorrow” to “Done!”.
This is the thing that’ll help you do more in less time, the fun way.

Make it rain with checkmarks. Have more fun than everyone else. And make more money this year. Read on!

If this is you, wave your coffee mug in the air like you just don’t care:

1.You have goals. All kinds of goals. Business goals, money goals, fitness goals, life goals, drop-off-the-donations-that-have-been-riding-in-the-car-with-you-for-the-last-4-month goals—AND ALSO …

2. You’re a beast when you’re in the zone (you swear!), but motivation seems to be as elusive as herding 379 kittens, and using sheer willpower feels like riding an oil-slicked horse … bareback. (am I the only one that has  the willpower of a lemming?)

3. Worse, you end up pushing the finish line further than you intend: everything feels forced, and the whole entire process is exhausting and disheartening … you’re starting to think that this is just the way you are … someone who can’t make the money / lose the weight / quit x/ leave y, if their life depended on it. (which it does) 😵‍

4. And honestly? Most of the time you feel like you’re just fighting to make it through another day.  What’s the point has crossed your mind on more than one occasion as you’re scrolling through the socials.

5. Big, sparkly bonus points if you’re also: (a) A list-maker ; (b) A day planner junky ; (c) A personal development pheen ; (d) Marianne’s mom. We’ve been waiting to meet you since 2003.

Can you relate?

Are you nodding your head emphatically with a cup of coffee? (This is how I picture you over there, by the way.)

Are you like, YEAH, DEMI, HOLY CRAPBALLS BEING CONSISTENT IS TOUGH! I, TOO, HAVE THE WILLPOWER OF A LEMMING! (Clearly that’s why we need a cup of coffee.)

Or how about these fun-filled symptoms? You ever experience these filthy thoughts while working / procrastinating /contemplating bingeing on nachos?

Starting on Monday, I’m going to go ALL in (proceeds to fill next week’s schedule with workouts, 5am start times, reading before bed, a cleanse, recording podcasts, post on social media)

I’m going to clean and organize, and then I’m really going to hunker down and get to work.

Everything I’ve tried, hasn’t worked.  Why bother?

I don’t have the energy, discipline or willpower to stick to a routine.

I struggle with staying focused.  My mind is all over the place.

I don’t have any motivation.

I have the best intentions, but it’s like every little thing takes a lot longer than I thought it would.  I’m not very good at managing my time.

I practically have zero self-control.

I’m not disciplined enough to stick with it.

I have a habit of putting things off.

I just need more structure in my life.

I find it hard to establish good habits.  I’m good for a few days and then I fall off the wagon.

Another failed attempt. Cool, cool, cool.

I don’t even know what I’m doing anymore.

Doing your to-do list doesn’t have to feel like a thousand needles in the eye. (Even if you’re a spiritual healer from California.)

Just kidding, I love spiritual healers from California.

The good news is: pursuing your goals doesn’t have to be such a slog. It can be fun!

And you don’t need to have strong will-power or be “a go-getter” by nature.

You don’t need to smoke peace pipes while overlooking the horizon on a moss-covered bluff and hoisting your vision board up into the sunlight.

And you certainly don’t need to spend endless hours procrastinating and torturing yourself into believing that you left your spark on a beach that one summer in Mykonos.

Rather, it’s about learning how to regulate your nervous system so that when you pursue your desires (aka goals), the process is pleasurable.

Pleasure is the key to consistency. (My brother-in-law religiously shows up to every golf outing but ask him to put his socks in the hamper and he’s batting 0)

Most people think it’s about “discipline & willpower”.  But, consider for a moment this pickle of a truth:

How many people do we see:
Lose the weight. Then gain the weight.
Make the money. Blow the money.
Start the business. Close the business.
Leave the a$$hole. Go back to the a$$hole (or get a new one)

The real problem?

~ Your subconscious hasn’t gotten the memo of your new desire ~

(Yet!)

Fun fact: 95% of your thoughts come from your subconscious with only a measly 5% coming from your conscious mind.

Whether you’re trying to start a business, get out of debt, get in better shape, quit your Starbucks addiction (just me? 👀), leave the relationship, create boundaries, speak up, be seen, say “no”, say “yes”, let people in, kick people out, your conscious mind doesn’t stand a chance against your subconscious.

If you look at the patterns in your life, there’s a good chance – like, a 95% chance – that your good ole subconscious mind is responsible.

This proves one thing:

You don’t need to torture yourself.

You need to know how to speak to your’self’.  (aka your subconscious mind)

You are the architect, the designer, the artist, the engineer and the manifestor of your life.

And that’s what Get Your Mojo Back is all about.

NOW INTRODUCING

Get Your Mojo Back

Where doing your to-do list becomes just as energizing as making your to-do list.

Three steps that will make your life 10x more fulfilling and interesting — Here’s How

Inside, you’re going to learn to:

1. Create a morning/evening routine specific to you that’s going to transform your mornings/evenings from blah to buoyant. You’ll learn how to use your subconscious to get you feeling grounded, focused and unstoppable.

2. Map out your plan to take you from wanting -> to getting -> to having -> to keeping. This is like a vision board on steroids and with actual steps to take to get it. Okay, so not like a vision board 😂.  Buuuuut, if a vision board and a cookbook had a baby, THAT’S what you’re going to get.  We’re talking A —> Z and everything in between.

3. Execute the plan, baby! This is where the rubber kisses the pavement. Think beautiful summer day, top down, sunglasses on and you’re off to a fun adventure.
The rules are: No pushing, no pressuring, no praying.
Only ease, intention and pleasure.
You’ll see the evidence stacking, quickly.
Watch how your confidence and energy go up, up, up.

You’ll be bolder. Brighter. Less afraid to use your voice.

You’ll be hopeful. Hungry. Reinvigorated.

This is why I do what I do. Not because I like hearing the sound of my own voice, but because I like hearing the echo of yours.

Get Your Mojo Back

If you wish you had a magic wand that would make your to-do list a done list, this is that magic wand.

My promise to you is this: There will be no instructions to push or force yourself. And there will certainly not be any talk about needing more discipline or willpower.

You don’t need to reenact Eat, Pray & Love in order to find yourself—unless you want to, of course! But maybe you do need to ask yourself what you are willing to risk or change, in order to find a sense of freedom, joy, and reanimation in your life.
