A few lessons I’ve learned that have dramatically improved my business and my life

💖You have the right to say no
💖Never apologize for your decisions — explain yourself only at your discretion
💖Don’t waste time trying to figure out who feels what about you.
💖Free up your time from commitments that don’t honor you.
💖You don’t need a reason to put you first.

You. Are. Worthy.

The crappy things you’ve done? Yeah, we’ve ALL done crappy things.
Your past mistakes are just life lessons, not a life sentence.
There is healing in every mistake you made and your mistakes have a right to be seen so they can touch others. You are a picture that is best when shown complete.

You have the right to forgive yourself.

The love you demand does not rely on successes and failures but on inherent self-worth. You are allowed to be imperfect, and you are allowed to receive love while imperfect.

It’s time to realize that you deserve to take up space in this world simply because you’re you. You don’t have to do anything to deserve it.

As a kid, I remember having to act a certain way in order to gain approval and acceptance by my parents. Behave. Be quiet. Do well in school. Essentially, don’t express yourself.

The Universe doesn’t operate this way. You don’t have to do a thing. Not a thing. You’re great as you are.

We will never experience the uniqueness that is you, again. Honor your rare existence. You. Are. Precious.

It’s time you speak your truth. Because every time you find yourself in a situation where you’re not speaking your truth, you’re not only robbing people of your light, but you’re negatively impacting your mental, emotional, physical and financial health.

The next time someone says or does something that hurts you or does something that’s not okay with you, tell them. You don’t need to blow up, excuse it, or stifle it, be passive aggressive about it…simply tell them.

Speaking your truth is about asking for what you want.
You have the right to ask for what you want directly, confidently.
You don’t have to plant seeds, use the power of suggestion, or create dramatic scenes acting out roles of victim/damsel to manifest what you desire.
You have the right to ask more of others.
And you don’t have to accept anything that is given that isn’t aligned with who you are.

It’s about sharing your opinion, your thoughts, your beliefs.
It’s about standing up for yourself.
It’s about turning your dreams into plans.
It’s about saying no when you want to say no.

It looks like boundaries and honest conversations.
It looks like sharing who you are, without filters.

This is YOUR life.

And as you begin to show up as you, let that nervous feeling in the pit of your stomach be a reminder of your release from feeling undeserving
