If your life doesn’t look and feel the way you want it to, bypass improving and go straight to evolving.
We’ve all had moments in our lives where we’ve had an ongoing low-level hum of dissatisfaction.
The kind that makes you feel like you have to do something different because your soul is being sucked out of you bit by bit and you have exactly zero clues as to what to do next or which way to go.
That low-level hum eventually gets louder. It calls to us with every pound of fat that we add to our waistline, with every anxious feeling that lowers our quality of life, with every minute we waste scrolling through TikTok, with every dollar we spend that we don’t have and with every relationship we enter that drains us.
The dopamine hit is addictive.
It’s why we are endlessly checking to see who has liked and/or commented on our posts.
It’s why we get into texting relationships because those ‘Good morning’ texts lulls us into thinking someone cares about us, is thinking about us, validating us, paying attention to us.
We hang on to what they say and overlook what they do (or don’t do).
It’s why we do the busy work instead of the important work.
We give away our most precious commodity – our time – trying to fill that void.
Your intuition will try to dispel you of the things/beliefs/ideas/people that are out of alignment and the stronger you try to hold on because you’ve somehow tied your self-worth to external validation … it’s going to be one helluva bumpy ride and it will continue to be until you’re ready to let it go.
So, if you find yourself:
- Attracting the same sort of people and circumstances into your life.
- Feeling depleted.
- Struggling financially.
- Eating foods that don’t nourish your body.
- Constantly scrolling through social media
- Binging on videos/shows/movies
It’s time to address the elephant in the room.
It’s time to get out of the pressure cooker that the Universe has put you in.
It’s time to stop settling for crumbs.
It’s time to torch complacency.
And I’ve got just the matchbook for you
If you're ready to ...
Get crystal clear – I’ll help you pull back the layers so that you see what matters to you.
From there, it’ll be so much easier to choose what you really want to accomplish and then I’m going to help you set a plan in place so that you actually get it! No discipline or willpower needed.
Move through fear and into action – I’m going to show you how to leverage the emotional energy that’s available to you and use it to your advantage.
Build confidence – If you have a long set pattern of folding instead of holding – which means you’re an excellent little starter but not so good at finishing -this little technique is going to give you accomplishgasms.
This is the time to create what you want.
This is the time for change.
This is the year you really do it.
No ifs. No buts. No what-abouts.
Because for every minute you donate to something that doesn’t matter, you’re stealing one from the things that do.
Take a deep breath, throw your shoulders back and decide that THIS 👏🏽 IS 👏🏽 HAPPENING 👏🏽
Three steps that will make your life 10x more fulfilling and interesting — Here’s How
Together we’ll:
1. Create a morning/evening routine specific to you that’s going to transform your mornings/evenings from blah to buoyant. You’ll learn how to use your subconscious to get you feeling grounded, focused and unstoppable.
2. Map out your personalized plan to take you from wanting -> to getting -> to having -> to keeping. This is like a vision board on steroids and with the steps to getting it. So, more like if a vision board and a cook book had a baby. We’re talking A —> Z and everything in between.
3. Execute the plan, baby! This is where the rubber kisses the pavement. Think beautiful summer day, top down, sunglasses on and you’re off to a fun adventure.
The rules: No pushing yourself to do things, no doing things from pressure or obligation and no pouring milk before the cereal.
Watch your confidence and energy go up, up, up as you notice the evidence stacking.
You’ll be bolder. Brighter. Less afraid to use your voice.
You’ll be hopeful. Hungry. Reinvigorated.
This is why I do what I do. Not because I like hearing the sound of my own voice, but because I like hearing the echo of yours.
The Nitty Gritty
Twelve one-on-one calls. Up to 75 minutes each call.
My eyeballs, my brain and my heart on your plan.
My promise to you is this: There will be no safe advice. There will be no cutesy adages. There will be no instructions to push or force yourself. And there will certainly not be any talk about discipline or willpower.
